Humanoids Data helps buyers and sellers discover, evaluate, license, and sell robotics training datasets, including motion, vision, teleoperation, and interaction data for humanoid robot learning.

ROBOMINDER LTD may license datasets directly, facilitate transactions involving third-party data providers, or support introductions and commercial discussions between buyers and sellers.

You must use the site lawfully, provide accurate information, and only submit enquiries, dataset descriptions, or materials that you are authorised to share.

You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit malicious content, scrape the site without permission, or use the site to infringe anyone's rights.

Buyers are responsible for evaluating whether a dataset is suitable for their intended use, technical environment, regulatory obligations, and model training requirements.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, a buyer receives only the rights expressly granted in the applicable dataset licence, order form, invoice, or written transaction terms.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of dataset descriptions, provenance information, quality claims, pricing, availability, and rights statements they provide.

Sellers must have all rights, permissions, consents, notices, and lawful authority needed to submit, market, license, or sell their datasets and related materials.

Dataset access, delivery, permitted uses, restrictions, redistribution rights, attribution, confidentiality, retention, deletion, and fees will be governed by the specific written terms for the transaction.

No dataset licence is granted through general browsing of the site or by submitting a form. A licence is granted only when the relevant transaction terms are agreed.

Pricing, payment terms, taxes, refunds, delivery format, and access period will be set out in the applicable transaction terms.

Dataset availability may change. We may decline, pause, or withdraw a listing, request, introduction, or transaction where we consider it commercially, legally, technically, or operationally appropriate.

The site, brand, text, design, and software belong to ROBOMINDER LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our permission.

Dataset ownership and intellectual property rights remain with the applicable rights holder unless the relevant transaction terms expressly say otherwise.

The site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the site, forms, introductions, datasets, metadata, or transaction opportunities will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular use.

Any dataset-specific warranties, if any, must be stated in the applicable transaction terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROBOMINDER LTD will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the site or marketplace discussions.

We may suspend access to the site, refuse enquiries, remove listings, stop introductions, or end discussions if we believe these terms have been breached or a transaction may create legal, security, reputational, or operational risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms as Humanoids Data develops. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
